Key Responsibilities

Set up filling and packing lines as assigned to you.
Troubleshooting the line and carrying out change overs.
Strip down, wash and reassemble lines to produce a quality product
Ensure the lines are working to maximum efficiency.
Monitor the quality of the product throughout the filling run and make appropriate adjustments to maintain quality and compliance.
Work on the line as required to support the team.
Perform safety, quality and process checks
Start up and set up machines
Continuous improvement focussed on safety, quality and service.
Communicate effectively with other teams in all areas of the business.

Your Background And Skillsets

Prior experience in packing and labelling machines is a huge advantage.
Mechanically minded.
Hand and power tool experience.
Strong problem-solving skills
Physical ability to undertake tasks associated with the role
A flexible and adaptable nature
A quick learner who enjoys working in a team environment
You will be a quality-focused individual with excellent attention to detail, have strong problem-solving ability
Forklift License highly regarded
